BINDING SERVICE AGREEMENT 

BY USING THIS SITE AND PURCHASING, YOU AGREE TO THESE BINDING TERMS: 

 * ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, AND NO MONEY BACK AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 * PURCHASING TIME ONLY: You are purchasing a specific block of unrecoverable professional consulting time. Like a therapy session or legal consultation, you are paying for the time provided. This time has zero resale value and cannot be "returned" or "exchanged." 

 * NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES: There is NO GUARANTEE of any specific result, "fix," or relationship outcome. You are paying for a professional perspective and strategic analysis, not a guaranteed result. 

 * ACCURATE CONTACT INFORMATION: You are responsible for providing a correct and working email address and phone number at checkout. If we cannot reach you due to incorrect information, your payment is still final and non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 * 24-HOUR RESPONSE REQUIREMENT: Once initial contact is made via WhatsApp/SMS/Email, you must respond to coordinate your session within 24 hours. Failure to respond within this window results in the immediate forfeiture of your session and payment. We do not "hold" spots for unresponsive clients. 

 * CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE WAIVER: By using this site and completing a purchase, you explicitly waive your right to initiate a dispute or chargeback with your credit card company, Stripe, or your banking facility for any reason, including "Item Not Received" or "Item Not as Described." 

 * NO-SHOWS: If you miss your scheduled time, you lose your payment. We do not offer refunds or re-scheduling for missed appointments.
